Service Response Time

● TianG's local service providers will arrive at the fault site within 3 hours in the same urban area as the user, within 24 hours in general areas, and within 48 hours in remote areas after receiving the user's service request information, providing high-quality and thoughtful service. 

Zero-Hour Delivery Service

Zero-hour delivery service, and regular tracking services at 100 hours, 500 hours, 1000 hours, 1500 hours, and 2000 hours of operation.

Zero-Hour Training Service

The Zero-hour service involves training the customer's driver at the time of backhoe delivery. This ensures that the end-user’s driver is properly trained to operate and maintain the machine, minimizing breakdowns and maximizing the efficiency of the TianG backhoe. This service is carried out by the warranty unit and includes: explaining operation and maintenance precautions, safety guidelines, recommended water and oil grades and filling locations, driving and operating practices, diagnosing and eliminating common faults, promptly handling any issues during delivery, and collecting feedback from drivers regarding product, service, and quality improvements.

Regular Tracking Services

Regular tracking services at 100, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 hours of use are provided by the warranty service team designated at the time of purchase. These services reflect TianG’s commitment to proactive customer care based on two principles:
